Pacific Cove Development (PCD) is a boutique design/builder and developer based in Santa Monica, CA. PCD focuses on projects – turnkey from conception to completion – throughout Southern California, particularly in coastal areas of Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. With a strong belief in sustainability, PCD enjoys the pursuit of smart and efficient practices in its building and has experience with projects that have earned LEED Gold (through United States Green Building Council) and GreenPoint Rated (through Build It Green) certifications. PCD has residential experience in constructing condominiums, townhomes, apartments, mixed-use projects and single family homes. Commercial project experience includes schools, restaurants, office/tenant improvements, rehabilitation facilities, shopping centers/retail, historical landmark buildings, parking lots, subterranean garages and hospitality applications.
